I bought a refurbished Lexmark all in one, x6650 printer a month ago, April, 2010 and it will not install at all, all extra drivers from Lexmark.com did not solve the problem. I have no way to buy a product via the internet.
I can't scan because I keep getting an error message "OCR is missing". I've been all over the Internet and can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Can anyone help me with this problem? I would like to scan documents and images.

You will actually need a driver to be able to scan or use the OCR functions. The problem is that the driver is provided only on the Support CD that arrived with your device. If you have lost the disc, Lexmark recommends to contact Technical Support to deal with this issue because there is no download available.
